Jane Seymour Fonda was born December 21, 1937, Jane is an American actress, political activist, feminist, blogger and former fashion model. I remember working out to Jane Fonda in high school physical education and I still enjoy watching her. The latest show I seen her on is a Netflix series, Grace & Frankie co-starring Lily Tomlin, Martin Sheen and Sam Waterston.

Through the years as I grew up Jane Fonda has always been a star and a strong woman that I looked up to growing up. I remember in school working out with Jane Fonda videos. Jane often plays outspoken, strong female lead characters and I also love her humor.

I picked this quote from Jane because that is what I’ve been trying to do in my life is become stronger from the experiences that I went through that made me feel broken. I think we all go through a period of feeling this way and it is up to us to find a way of mending those broken places. But while we do most of the work towards this we need help to rebuild.
